Members enjoy unlimited access throughout the day to our exclusive Members' Area, expanded for 2026 and offering:
Covered ringside seating; Open-air viewing areas; Private licensed bar; Superior toilet facilities; Complimentary self-service tea, coffee and cold drinks.
Whether you want to relax between classes, meet friends, or enjoy the Main Ring entertainment in comfort, the Members' Area provides the perfect base for your day at the show.
🎖 Souvenir Membership Badge
Each member receives a commemorative membership badge, which provides access to the Members' Area throughout the day.
🍽 Optional Members' Luncheon
Members can pre-book a delicious two-course luncheon for £20 per person, served within the Members' Area.
Prepared by Fairweather Catering, the lunch includes a selection of cold meats, salads and desserts and must be booked in advance.

Adult Membership: £24 (early bird ends 31st May), then £28 (from 1st June until 20th July)
Junior Membership: £12 (early bird ends 31st May), then £14 (from 1st June until 10th July)
Under 5s Membership: FREE

Where is the 2026 Show?
The 2026 Ryedale Show will be held at Duncombe Park, Helmsley, YO62 5EB.
How will I receive my tickets?
Membership e-tickets will be emailed to the address provided on your membership application.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Tickets may be printed or displayed on a smartphone. We recommend downloading them before travelling to the showground, as mobile connectivity cannot always be guaranteed.
Is there dedicated Members' Parking?
There will be no designated Members' Parking area for 2026. This allows parking spaces closest to the entrance to be prioritised for Blue Badge holders. Parking remains free of charge for all visitors.
When do I receive my membership badge?
Membership badges can be collected at the gate upon presentation of your ticket. Your badge should be worn throughout the day to access the Members' Area.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome on the showground and within the Members' Area, provided they are kept on a lead and under control at all times.
